4-face Single-pass
(Chipping Canter & Circular saw Edger)
By combining two vertical and two horizontal chipping heads with a circular saw edger, logs can be processed into finished lumber in a single pass.
The unit is compact with its special designed infeed belt or “V” chain conveyors and transition and hold-down rolls between chipping head and saws.
The 4-head chipping canter assembly is equally capable of single pass form following “curve” sawing to produce 4 sided cants which are then reduced in an in-line form following circular saw edger.
